Time to bake some buns!

I love exploring about food, cooking them, blogging about them, and...not surprisingly, my food list has buns too!

Well...Iam still an amateur when it comes to baking buns. I tried baking these delicious ones...and believe me, nobody can now stop me from baking them again or eating them! Though it leaves behind a messy kicthen with alot of dishes in your sink...it is all the more fun, with little patience involved!

Hair Care

To get really long, dark and lustrous hair, always use a hair oil that has natural conditioners like amla.

Brush your hair gently to avoid damaging hair shafts and getting split ends.

To give proper nourishment to the hair roots, wash your hair frequently with a good natural shampoo that has a built-in conditioner.

To maintain the oil and moisture balance of your hair, remember to do a conditioning treatment with oil at least thrice a week.

Don’t use soap to wash your hair. It takes away natural oils and makes the hair dull and lifeless.

Take care to protect your hair from exposure to pollution and direct sunlight, which makes them dull and causes breakage.

While you shampoo, turn your head down and massage the scalp well. This helps stimulate blood circulation in the head.

To avoid recurring split ends, have them snipped regularly. Do it at least every two months so that they don’t reach up the hair shaft.

While drying your hair, finish off with a cool burst to seal the hair cuticle. This helps retain the shine in your hair.

For healthy hair, eat with care. Avoid too many sweets, chocolate, cakes and cookies. And always eat a well balanced diet that’s rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.

Don't use a brush when your hair is wet since it can be easily damaged. Dry it with a towel and then de-tangle with your fingers.

You need to take care of your hair even while sleeping. If you have long hair, make sure you tie it up in a ponytail on top of the head. And use bands that are rapped in cloth, so that they don’t damage the hair.

To get really healthy hair oil it a day before washing. The oil provides a protective coating and makes your hair shiny. A good oil massage also helps stimulate blood circulation and promotes hair growth.

When you step out, take care to protect your hair from strong winds, dust and pollution. Use a scarf when riding on two-wheelers or on windy days.

For shiny, lustrous hair rub coconut milk onto your scalp half an hour before washing.

Before going to sleep brush your hair well – if possible, a hundred times! This promotes blood circulation and helps in better hair growth.
